TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimum Age: We welcome children of all ages (under adult supervision) for the Elephant Interactions; the minimum age for the Elephant Ride is 4 years.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the activity starts.
Rates exclude transport to Elephant Whispers.
Guests will be given a safety briefing on arrival and will be required to sign an indemnity before meeting the elephants.
It is more comfortable to wear long pants and closed shoes when riding on the elephant.
Advisable to use mosquito repellent in the early mornings and late afternoons.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations received in writing will be recognized.
15 days or more prior to visit - Full refund
5 - 14 days prior to visit - 50% Refund
4 days or less will be charged 100% - NO REFUND
